Don't get me wrong, I'm a people person. When I go to the supermarket I chat it
up with the cashier, and anyone else I happen to meet for that matter. But some days getting along with other people is a challenge. On days like that the best thing for me to do is hop in the swimming pool. After 36 laps (or one mile) of slow and steady breathing, my delts and my mind feel utterly refreshed. I believe swimming can solve most problems. When I am stressed, sad, pissed, or for that matter jubilant, I go for a swim.
Beer helps too.
