Hills and Dogs and Cheese

It still feels like summer here in the Bay Area, with the afternoon temperature still floating in the mid-seventies and plenty of sunlight still to be had.  My time is split between long hours behind the cheese counter and glorious hikes with my dogs.  Yesterday we conquered San Pablo Ridge for the second time and saw a lovely array of wildlife.  Bush rabbits, a coyote, a few red tail hawks, a pack of wild turkeys and of course some deer.  A fellow hiker informed me he had seen a bobcat on a well-traveled trail nearby.  Hiking alone (with my dogs) is one of my favorite ways to clear my head and spend some quality me time.  Having a breath-taking view doesn't hurt either.

Here are some pictures from this summer.
