Update from Cheeseland!

Yes, I am gainfully employed once again!  I am now a Cheese Monger at the Pasta Shop in Market Hall here is lovely, foggy, Oakland, CA.  The job has been excellent so far.  I got to split an 80 pound wheel of Parm my first day, which was very fun and more labor intensive than the guys in the video make it look (plus there was no crowd of cheering fans, alas).

There is so much to learn and there are so many cheeses to try!  My co-workers are all fantastic and I promise to post some pictures soon.  I don't have much else to say, so tata!
