...to look up at the sky and say "holy shit, I'm glad I live in the country". Seriously though guys, the stars here are out of this world! And it has surely been a glorious day and night here in agro-land.
From planting beets, to making goat cheese to gazing at the stars above to teaching kids about compost, I don't think any job in the world could make me feel more fulfilled. If I believed in God, I would thank it right now.
